You will not be entitled to get half of the pension, however you can file a maintenance petition and seek monthly maintenance from the income of your husband. Will need better particulars to advise you on this issue

After the divorce the husband is liable to maintain his wife as per his own lifestyle and if the wife wishes to get a divorce it is at the discretion of the court to decide the amount of alimony the husband has to pay to the wife but in general cases yes it's half the amount. The court will look into several other factors before arriving at a solution if theres no fault of wife and no source of income for the wife she will get half of the pension.

yes wife do get pension but if the husband and wife is legally divorce then wife can't claim her right on the pension and other retiremental benefits. divorce wife does not have right on husband property therefore she will also have no right on husband pension
