No other person can access the personal bank accounts of yours. If they are threatening you for any of these, you can directly contact your bank and enquire about. In case of any breach of data or privacy of your account, the bank can be held liable. Also you can file for divorce if your wife is threatening you for false cases. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact

Your issue seems to be very serious to me. If she is threatening you for false implication in legal cases, you should immediately seek a detailed consultation and take precautionary measures like filing intallah peshbandi. They are not entitled to have access to your bank details, in case they have done it, you msy file a police complaint against the bank manager and your in laws.

If you are single holder of bank account, it is the duty of bank not to disclose any information about the account to third party.
Not only can you take action against your in-laws but also the bank who has disclosed relevant information to your in-laws.
It would also be useful to know how they got access to your accounts as it would help in charting further course of action.

your in laws do not have any right to access your bank account.
if someone else tried to access your account you can always lodge your grievance with the concerned bank and demand answers as to why some third person was given access to your private stuff.

No bank can disclose your account or personal details to anyone. If they do they have also committed criminal breach of trust. You can always send them a legal notice that they should not disclose any information to anyone. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
