Does My Wife Claim Maintanence After I Fill Divorce Case

Dear all we both are working in IT company, due to some problem I am going to file divorce case this month. My question is will my wife claim maintenance if she also earning enough money example my package is 16lack her package is 10 lack still she can claim maintenance if I fill for divorce

then both are working if she is getting packaged 10lack better you can now only collect the her pay sleep for evedance she is working we can show to court then court will not pass orders better more information you can reach me

Dear Sir, Since your wife is getting more than sufficient income as such she is not entitled for any maintenance. However, if they are clever they may resign and apply for maintenance in such cases the Court has no option but to award some maintenance. However, her previous salary and grounds were her resignation will be considered before granting such Maintenance.

It is absolutely a debatable issue and it is still for adjudication by supreme Court. But as of now, we have a criteria that the wife shall also lead a respectable life as the husband do. We can contest the matter and produce substantial proofs to the court for not granting maintenence for your wife.
