Unless you had filed in Court documents which you were having as documents to prove the grounds based on which you had filed for divorce, rest of those will be available to you anytime you want and you need not get them from court.

Hi , In case you filed divorce petition and you wife didn’t appear then you can apply certified copy of entire order sheet and cerified petition copy along with withdrawal application with the help of Advocate.

Dear Sir, You have to get certified copy of entire order sheet, petition copy and if documents are marked then copies of such documents and your affidavit. It seems the difference between you and your wife are settled so you have withdrawn your divorce case. It is better to apply for two sets of copies and keep with you.
