Documentation to prove that her brother has collected her document

We have been living separately for past two years. There has been talks going on for mutual divorce. They are asking for more money. Recently wife called saying that she does not want to come back but does not want to pursue mutual divorce either. She just wants her passport back which is with us. Can you guide how to handle this situation? If I i give back her document, can I have any format to form evidence around that?

then you can file contested diviorce petition against her later court will send mediation session then matter automatically she will come compromise better you can initiate proceedings firstly don't keep salient

Dear sir You may issue legal notice asking her to come back failing whjch you may file petition of Restitution of Conjugal rights. You may deposit her passport in court and if she wishes to take then she may take the same from the court thus you can have evidence . By the by after 1yr of disposal of such case you are entitled for filing divorce .
