Do wives get half pension of husband if he is an alcoholic

Hello! My name is Mani. I want to know can I get my husband’s half pension in legal terms? My husband is a retired railway employee but he is an alcoholic and abuser as well. I have been in this marriage for 40 years. I don’t want to get divorced as I have three gown up children and all are married. I feel ashamed to live with him in one house. I am jobless and I am also 60 years old so I want to have half of my husband’s pension and want to live peacefully. Please help me with this and need you

First of all , you cannot ask directly half amount of his pension, you need to file a per month maintenance amount case under section 125 CRPC . Court can give order of maintenance amount to you but it depends on court what percentage of his pension and for more legal queries contact me

file so many cases you can file 125 maintenance case to get maintenance in his pension and you can file domestic violence case against your husband and his family you can file for stridhan to get secure prison Saman
