Do we need the device using which we had taken pics/screenshot of emai

06-Jan-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I had seen my husband having illicit relationship with many females. I had from my mobile taken pic of his email/whatsapp conversation and hotel booking emails seen in his mobile. I'm a hindu and have put domestic violence case against him. I came to know that for electronic proofs we need to get some certificate while submitting in the court. What is the procedure for getting the certificate and do we need the device in which the photos/videos taken for proof for this?

Electronic evidence must be supported and accompanied by certificate. This certificate will be prepared by the lawyer. The device using which you have taken photos, etc must be in good normal working condition and forms part of the evidence.

you cannot bring the illicit relationship under the domestic violence act is separate violence you faced by husband economical and other kinds of violence and abuse such kind of abuse you can file a case for domestic violence and go to the social welfare office and social welfare office will forward to a magistrate court and you can conduct but for the illicit relationship you can go for a divorce Court to get divorce
