Sir I have taken divorce digree after three year marriage with same women . With the help of advocate under section 9a . Now she again doing same to me . Sir now how can I applied for divorce . my father living with me . I hve a one child age 15 year , she is 54 year old iam 49
hello, for your kind information, decree under section 9 of Hindu marriage act, is not a decree of divorce, it is decree for restitution of conjugal rights. you have to have a fresh petition for obtaining Divorce under section 13 of Hindu marriage act.
