Filling false 498,506 and 406 are enough grounds for getting divorse ? Is there any time limit to wait to apply for divorse application in court of law ?
Filing of false complaints is also cruelty. But mere lodging of false complaint cannot be taken as the ground. How and with what I'll intention such false complaints were lodged form the grounds of cruelty. You can very well file for divorce.
