Divorse Based On 498A And Cruality

My wife deserted me in October 2020 since then no communication .Blocked all modes .In March she filled a FIR 498A and some other sections.It seems 2 weeks ago she unblocked her mobile and started calling once or twice a week when I m ready to file diverse based on 498A annexure and cruality.Wonder suddenly despite filling cases why she giving calls .What was her purpose ? Can i still apply for diverse ?
Divorce can be sought on certain grounds enunciated in section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act. Wherein desertion is one of the grounds. However desertion should be more than 2 years period.
