Divorce/Legal separation after 7 yr

I am being married to a man since 2016 jan but not staying together since last 5-6 yrs. due to neither he was working nor he's willing to work. nNow i want to legally separate but need maintenance also. coz he and his family ruined my life. My parents gv them dowry around 10 lack, now i lost my dad also last yr. I am totally broke and wants to take a legal action against them

if you want to take strictly legal again him then you should have to file some cases husband and his family 1, file domestic violence case against your husband 2 file that dowry case against your husband and his family 3 if you want to then file the maintenance suit against your husband etc

As you said you were married in January 2016 but your husband was not doing any work to have any source of income and deliberately not ready to work he ruined your parents lifeand finally you want to legally separate from your husbandFor this you have an option that you can take divorce from your husband with mutual consent, if he is not ready then also you can take divorce by filing unilateral divorce case and in divorce you can demand heavy maintenance from him.
