Divorce without marriage certificate and photos

Myself Suzan, I married in 2012, under hindu vaidik padhat my husband is Christian and am Buddhist. He has changed my name on pan card and Aadhar card other then this i don’t have any proof with me. he is having extra marital affair and now he deny that he is married with me have filed a DV case in 2016, since we are leaving separately but still not resolved I want legal separation from him. Please help me in this situation

in your case your marriage soliminze Hindu rituals you can file divorce petition against your husband or you can mutually file divorce petition in your local jurisdiction court further consultation I have more fact need thank

why don't you go for divorce by filing a petition. or if you want to bend him down to accept your dena d you have to make out some other ways we can discuss this issue much better. and tell you the way by which you can get the remedey of your choice.
