since its been only 2 months of your marriage you have to be patient and finish atleast 1 years of your marriage so that you can fule a divorce petition under section 13-B of the hindu marriages act i.e. mutual divorce wherein u cannot claim any maintenance or anything and if u want to claim something u have other options too depends upon what u decide

Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned about the fact that you have been recently married but now within a short period you want to get separate, but as per provisions of Hindu Marriage Act, one year of marriage and separation should have been complete, after that you can file for mutual divorce.
