As per the facts divorce was filed in Bangalore but your wife has filed a notice to transfer the case to Hyderabad. It will depend upon the court whether they will consider the transfer application. The question to withdraw the divorce petition and procedures. A party can withdraw the petition at any time within the time period of 6 months given by the court. Withdrawal can be done by filing of application in the court of law where the petition to obtain divorce was initially filed. The parties may obtain certify copy of the divorce decree and file a Memo for withdrawal before the court, along with the certify copy.
