Divorce with Wife Due to Separation

09-Jun-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hi, I (33 years) have been married for 7 years. Have 2 kids. I was in US for first 6 years of marriage. After coming back, my wife is having fights with my mother. They fight early in the morning and then will not speak for whole day. My wife is now pushing me to live separately. She has sent our kids to my in-laws house and is not allowing me to meet/see them unless I separate from family. My mother has raised me alone since I was 7 years old. My dad had passed away at that time. Now she is 60+ with severe heart problem and hearing difficulty. So she will suffer significantly if I stay away from her. Also, it would be unwise of me to let her go at this age. So I want to file for a divorce and have few questions: 1. Will I get to meet/stay with my kids post divorce? 2. How much money I would need to pay? My wife is an MBA but was not working since we were in US and she was on dependent visa? 3. Can my wife claim our house which is on my moms name?

Good afternoon

You can file divorce petition on ground of cruelty.

You can also file application for custody of you children.

House is on the name of your mother therefore your wife can not claim in that
