Filed FIR for attempting to hit my mother and also domestic violence dowry harassment. I am Christian. After 4 years of separation tried for mutual and they are demanding money from me for the expenses incurred for running up n down to sort the sections filed

Dear Sir, Now the law is enlarged and your mother can file a DV case against daughter-in-law. You have to prolong the matter so that wife accepts a lower amount of alimony. The more you delay the matters you will get more benefits. If you are hurry then she will claim more and more alimony.

Hi...what relief exactly you want. if you want to get mutual divorce you can go for that by convincing other party and if he not agreeing then you have to file contested petition for divorce. Thank you
