Divorce Which i am not Ready to Give for my Husband

Hi Sir
My Name Mangala in 2011 we got married…I have boy baby his age 6. Since 5 years i staying with my mother home..because of mentally arrestment from my mother-in-law and their daughter. but my husband is to come to meet us and fullfilled the need which both regard. After 1 and half year listing her mother word he not coming...beside In front of his mother he use to call me to martial house, i was refusing stating that son got RTE Addimisson
near my mother home, u only come with take rent house like that i use to tell him. he has record all call stating that i refuse to come martial house and all personal call. Now he has sent divorce notice, which i am not ready to give him. Please suggest what can i do with legally..

If you don't give then you can send replying to notice you contention you can tell by way of notice then you can file conjugal right duties to perform conjugal duties you can file court petition then matter will be solve if you can file any petition

hi no need to worry about it u can file the object for the divorce and you can apply for the enforcer of the divorce and you can apply for the court u can get the u must FIL the reason behind the divorce and you can do that and you can apply for the court u try it again
