in mutual divorce you both have to appear 2 times before judge. FIRST motion and Second motion and after first motion judge generally gives six months time but it can be short after joint request application so it takes approx 1 month.. contact us for free legal advice.

If there's no scope of living together and both the parties have decided to go with mutual divorce then it will take maximum of 6 months. But you can always file a preponement application before the same court for early hearing after the first motion is done between both the parties. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

if both husband and wife agree for divorce through mutual consent an application for mutual divorce can be filed after living separately for a period of 1 year. once the court accept the petition a period of 6 months is given in case the parties are able to reconcile. this period of 6 months can also be waived by the court under certain circumstances

If both are agreed not even a month will take to divorce first u have to make one mou then the first and second motion will proceed for further query plz free to call but at the same time how old is your marriage it must be atleast a year
