Divorce under mental cruelty Hindu Marriage Act 13(1a)

Filed divorce, married on 26/04/2019 The marriage is not consummated at all. Living seperately since one year, Due to the tension of not having intimacy, badly scolded wife on phone, she got recordings and threatened me of not giving divorce and filing case against me. She wants to fetch alimony maintenance, Since it is sexless marriage ready to prove my potency. And since it is not consummated is there a question of paying alimony? Do the scoldings 2years post marriage due to tension and false promises from their end cause me any harm?

okay I understand your questions so now you were already filed divorce but you have not mentioned in what ground you have to filed divorce yor question is not clear any way now you are not ready to give alimony to your wife becouse your marriage is not consumated okay you have to filed null and wide case and take divorce like your marriage is not consumated

Dear Sir, Your abusings about two years back cannot be taken into consideration provided you establish that such abusings were out of anger. Since there was no intemency between you and you can establish the same by referring her for the medical examination. Thus, you can get divorce without alimony.
