Divorce under 300 Rupees Stamp pater

My wife has take divorce from me 6 month ago on 300 Rupees Stamp paper with title mentioned Mutual consent . now she did second marriage . we have not take divorce from court . I have no other documents related divorce except Agreement . what I should do . what i can do . i am leaving in Mumbai and she is belongs to Ahmedabad. My marriage registration has been done and have registration number. her second marriage valid ? what step i can take now
Hello, divorce on stamp paper is not at all valid diverce. you need to get sucb decree of divorce u/s 13 of Hindu Marriage Act. If you were agree at the time of execution of divorce on stamp paper then now why you are opposing her second marriage. Though for the safer side you can file divorce petition by mutual concent by conveniencing your wife

Divorce on bond paper is not divorce according to the hindu marriages Act. The parties even if mutually agree for divorce, they have to approach concerned court by way of filing divorce petition under appropriate sections.

No her second marriage is not valid at all. Any divorce other then in court is not valid as per Hindu Marriage Act. If you need divorce you both have to file marriage petition for divorce as per mutual consent. Her marriage is not valid as divorce itself is not there.
