Divorce transfer by schizophrenic rich wife. Who doesn't want divorce

I filled divorce within 2 months of marriage at Pune as I found my wife was schizophrenic. She's very rich and now wants our divorce to be transferred from Pune to Mumbai claiming she's poor and a lady how to stop the transfer as if transferred I won't have the money to continue and will have to take case back. She's lied a lot in that transfer application. I have all proof against her. She doesn't want divorce

You may have a very good case. It has to be proved that your case must continue and orders to be granted in divorce as you wife is schizophrenic you will have to make an application to bring on record the medical condition of your wife.
Regarding the transfer of case make an application for travel and stay allowance for the times when you do need to travel to pune. this will put a sort of financial condition on your wife if she is making the application for transfer.
