Divorce summons have not been served for two times by the court.

12-Jan-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My name is Vijay and I have filed divorce petition against my wife and on August 21st I have got original petition number and the first appearance date was on 28th Nov 2018, when I attended the court they told that summons have not served to them and again the second date was on 26th Dec 2018, my advocate told that the door was locked and the third date is on Feb 27th 2019. I do not why this happened because they are staying in the same house and the address is correct and wanted to know is that the mistake of court and judicial system in the country or the problem with the advocate? and Let me know how summons are served for the first and second time in my issue?

hi
there will be no mistake by court whilst court Nazareth section attempts to deliver summons.
it is probable that wife is either evading summons or was genuinely not available at that time.
please ask your lawyer to submit petition for substituted service under order V rule 20(1A), i.e publication in news paper of summons
