Divorce status after annulment of marriage on ground of no sex

24-Jun-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My wife is suffering from vaginismus and not able to have sex since marriage. Although we love each other and there is no other complaint this medical crisis wont be resolved and is getting difficult to live with. With the medical papers as proof, and my wife willing, can I seek an annulment of my marriage on this ground? If my marriage is annulled on this ground can I legally call myself "never married" or will I be legally calling myself a Divorcee.
