Divorce settlement of land to ex wife can be got back by husband

I got my land registered in my name from my ex father in law in 2015. After tat my ex wife cleverly filed a domestic violence case against me n my parents demanding the land saying I got it as dowry from her father. I paid for the land to her father in cash n no online transactions nor bank transactions but I have still the bank withdrawal details equalling to what I gave it to her father in cash. After tat we settled in mutual divorce consent signing a mou with land registered in her name. Now tat I learned she has given the land as dhana to her father. Can I get my land back as it was cleverly planned by her father n it’s in his name now?!
