Divorce Required from my Husband, he will cause more Pain and trouble

My husband is having illegal relationship with many women and I am mother of 2 (Daughter and Son), I don't have any support from my In-Law house too., now I am staying in my mother's house along with the children, I have many evidences of his illegal activities.

You can file for divorce on the grounds of adultery. Also, you can seek maintenance for yourself and your children if you have ample evidence to back up the allegations. In these situations it’s best that you move fast as the moment your husband gets an idea that you’re moving for divorce, he will start clearing / destroying evidences.

Dear Madam, You may file a Divorce case with huge alimony and maintenance for children. The evidence with you is sufficient to get divorce with alimony. The Courts will consider the adultery as a strong ground for allowing Divorce Petition. It seems your husband is not ready to change his attitude.
