divorce related question its very urgent please reply as soon as possi

i filed divorce against my wife and court gave us a date. but on that date she was not present and court gave another date. and regarding SR/AD, i checked online in india post that item was delivered. can i get exparty on that date???

It depends upon the date of the service when did she received her sr when did the item got delivered when did the next date if fix and within that date if she does not appear then there is a chance of exparty order.

hi, you may get ex-party order if the article gets delivered properly and the same has been received by your wife and if after passing of a seasonable time also your wife is not peeping into the matter then court can fix the same for exparte. for further information you can contact
