i want to divorce my wife having 1 year only girl Child. it is because of violence and torture by her and her family. There is already one case pending in court for her father beating my mother. Please tell me the procedure for divorce and what will be the consequence and compensation i need to provide?

you cannot claim any compensation from your wife while applying for divorce. you will need to deal with it separately. You will to file for a custody petition for your 1 year old daughter if you believe if she is in danger. If you wish to waive of custody, you can so that too.
