Divorce Query - Muslim Marriage

10-Oct-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I have been married for 2 years but still we haven't registered & got marriage certificate. We have only marriage proof which we got through Muslim committee who all stood as proof during our marriage. we have 1 year old kid. Now i want divorce from my wife due to various reason. What is procedure? Since our marriage is not registered through register office, is going through court for legal divorce is necessary or only through shariath court or Muslim committee members i can get separated from my wife. If so, what is my right with kid, who will be eligible to keep him and if i need pay maintenance amount how much it would cost for me. pls someone explain in detail

In this case, the marriage registration it's not mandatory further Muslim divorce should file suit method and further wife have rights to claim maintenance from husband based on your income court will order the maintenance. I have a vast practice in that area you can seek my assistance in your matter.

after the Muslim divorce you should approach the proper market committee to give valid clock as per the maintenance iddat period is calculated for maintenance but as per the laws of the country if your wife claims the maintenance you should give me 10 and in accordance with law child custody you cannot get the child custody because until five years of age child study should be with her mother unless the mother is proved that is not able to raise the child
