How can court issue a new date if
Husband not reaches but wife already taken new date without proceeding. Will this be exparty it party doesnt appear
no court gives sufficient time to appear and issue summon/notice many times and if court proceed with xparty than party can move set aside xparty order application... contact us for more free legal advice

it will not be ex-parte just on 1 or 2 dates. neither did you appear nor did anyone appear on your behalf when the matter would've been called and the court would be pressed for time. that's why date was given without your presence.

If you got summons from court then you should appear before the Hon'ble Court. If you are not appearing after service to you then matter will proceed as exparte against you, and case decision will be in favour of your wife because there is no body present to counter her.
