By consent both the parties can proceed for divorce by mutual consent. Yes, you can apply for the waiver of the cooling off period. It is absolutely fine if you do not have any expectations in terms of alimony. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice/assistance as regards the same.

You can file for Mutual consent Divorce in Family court. cooling period will be waived off by filing application and judgements. For further details you can connect with me. If cooling period is waived off marriage will get dissolved on the first date of appearance and if not accepted then in 6 months.

Hello Mutual divorce can be filed in either courts, Pune or Ahmedabad. One of you will have to travel for 2 dates within a span of 6 months. However, for waiver of period, it is completely in the hands of court and to be very honest, courts are not very much inclined towards waiving off 6 months period.

if you want divorce through mutual consent it will be granted easily within 3 hearing there is a provision of 6 months living separately known as cooling off period but if you have been living away from each other the application to waive of that period can be made easily also, I will require more details about you place where you got married and other details to know more about your case
