Divorce petition - orders delayed multiple times

15-Feb-2025 (In Divorce Law)
My wife had filed for restitution of conjugal rights in a district court. I filed a divorce petition as counter in 2019. The case has been posted for orders by the judge. The problem is, it's been posted for 'orders' repeatedly (10 times) for nearly 5 months. He keeps pushing it saying 'orders not ready'. What are my options here to get a judgement? Can I file for speedy disposal? Does this happen often and how do ppl deal with this situation?

hi, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, you can file petition under article 227 to the Hon'ble supreme court for speedy disposal, or file a petition to the same family court requesting for disposal of the case, thank you, you can contact me for further clarifications
