Immediately apply before Hon’ble Supreme Court under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure for transfer of the case from there to your local Jurisdiction. There are plenty of reported cases where the Hon’ble Apex Court has ordered the same. You should immediately do that before attending the said Court at Chandigarh, if your matter is admitted by Hon’ble Supreme Court, stay will be given on the proceedings in Chandigarh and it won't proceed further. Many of my clients got immediate relief accordingly. All the best and regards

Hello first I'm sorry for this ordeal you are going through. but be rest assured I can certainly help you with this case. while it would be necessary to attend the court hearing at Chandigarh to begin with but after studying the whole case it could be explored if the case has enough merit in our side to get it transferred to kolkata. we might even petition before the highcourt if required. kindly get in touch with me without any further delay and together we will not only able to defend this case but also would be able to do so from Kolkata.

In my opinion if you don't want to divorce then you can contest the same . and you can file transfer petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court for transfer the case from Chandigarh to Kolkata. But without detail discussion and document review proper consult is not possible.
