Divorce petition disposed of ex-parte..I want to challenge the order

My wife filed divorce petition..Due to personal reasons, i couldn't file counter in time..The court disposed of the petition ex-parte on 29.11.2023. I want to challenge the order of the court before the order is communicated to all parties.. how long will the court take to communicate the order to the all the parties? Till when I can challenge the court's order? Do I have the right to challenge the court's orders?

hi first need to see whether you filed any petition to set aside the exparte order in the court below and the stage of such petition and that otherwise you could file an appeal within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the order

In an exparte order , we can reopen our case once again and now we can file now in court and fight for it , approach us we will help u and you have rights to challenge the court and you have rights to open the file again in court and we can reopen the petition in court and you can make ur wife to come court ...approach us we will help u

yes if you show valid reasons then you can challenge that decision and if not then you can file the set aside petition to remove the exparte order ,before orders you have to challenge as soom as possible
