divorce papers sent and i was not there to accept

Hi sir,divorce papers are sent by my husband and i was not at home to accept when postman came to deliver.Now I am going out of country on company purpose.Will there be any chance that court will order me to come back or before i come will court take custody of my kid.Please share valuable information

Hi...if you not interested to give divorce then font receive the divorce paper and if no one is there to receive it court will send it once again to you and court will not make exparte order of child custody without giving notice to you. Thank you

Dear Madam, If post man endorse that it was refused by you then Court will pass ex-parte orders. Even otherwise the husband may publish a newspapers and Courts will take such ad as sufficiently severed and proceed to pass ex-parte orders. Court never ask you to come back but it will pass orders in favour of your husband. It is better to engage one advocate to look after your case and to see that no adverse orders are passed against you.
