Divorce papers not signed by estranged wife

What am I suppose to do if my estranged wife does not sign divorce papers even after taking money from me. As her intention is just to trouble and harras me mentally and to break me down emotionally and financially

in this case you can proceed to file a contesting divorce petition before the family court
you have to provide proof that you have paid maintenance in lump sum amount to her so that she can't ask for more maintenance.
if other cases under IPC or DV act are filed by your wife then that can be tackled by quashing petition
