The legal notice will sent through an advocate for a mutual divorce if you have a address of your husband. Otherwise you can file a case in court against your husband for divorce on the basis of cruelty and desertion. And separation agreement is not valid in the eyes of law. You should file divorce case immediately

In your case if he's not responding then you can always serve him a legal notice and in that notice you can write to give you mutual divorce as you have already signed the settlement deed. If he doesn't respond after that then you can go for the filing of a contested divorce under cruelty grounds. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Initially convince your husband to file a mutual divorce taking separation agreement as a ground. And after finalisation of divorce decree from the family court under the Hindu marriage act. first of all you send a legal notice for divorce

The correct way would be to send a legal notice giving reference to that separation agreement with your intent to get separated by way of mutual divorce. Since you both have been separated for around 2 years so your mutual divorce may get finalised fast as per the law. for assistance you may consult me

You need to initiate a divorce proceedings by filing a divorce petition under section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act seeking a decree of dissolution on the ground of desertion and cruelty. Do see if he is ready for mutual consent and if not responding, issue a Legal notice and give him a chance to show his willingness and mutual consent divorce entails less time and expenses
