Mam Meri shadi ko 10saal ho Gaye hain.do Bache h ek 8saal dusra 1saal ka.mere husband ka affair chal raha h.5saal pahle vi yhi kiye the inko aadat ho gayi h aisa lagta h.jiski wajh se Ghar m jhagda or hatth uthate h.bachon par vi dhayaan nhi dete.baat baat pe Ghar se nikalne ki dhamki dete h.man karta h to kharcha dete h or nhi to nhi dete.bhut pareshan karte h.mam main Kya karoon pahle divorce nhi Lena chahti thi.do bachon k Karan but ab mujhe divorce ke alwa koi rashta nhi dikh raha h.hindu
hello first you can file complaint under section 12 of domestic violence act and complaint under section 125 crpc for the maintenance for yourself and your minor children. Right now you need not go for divorce as from the facts it seems you need protection against domestic violence and maintenance (kharcha) for yourself and your children, Regarding divorce you can think later.
