divorce one sided after one year of court marriage... kindly help me

i did court marriage last year
but I think that was my wrong decision
I want divorce but she don't want to do that
for that you have to file contested divorce serve copy on your wife and if she fails to appear two to three times exparte divorce shall be ordered in your favour this is the only solution you have but before filing you must know the pros and cons and where you can get stuck incase she acts smart

Firstly you must go for a marriage counseling and if the counselling fails to convince you regarding the rightness of the marriage and if your wife still refuses to divorce you , contact a lawyer for a contested divorce application but be ready for a real fight and also for alimony if the court orders.
