Divorce On Cruelty

My husband has filed divorce under cruelty on me. I have 10yrs old son. I am Hindu. He has taken my past adultery has cruelty. I used to talk with that guy through SMS . He got that SMS data now and saying he can get divorce easily through that. Is it valid in the court ...can that SMS data is valid in court. How can he get that 7yrs back data without the authentication of me or that guy. My husband stayed with me after that for seven years can he take that has cruelty r adultery on me. Only SMS data is sufficient to prove adultery. If any confession msg is there means is it enough to prove adultery. Can I and my son get maintenance . I am not working. My husband gets 1.1 lakh salary. If I work am I not eligible for maintenance. Pls advise me. Thanks in advance

2. You as well as your son will definitely get maintenance, and if you go for any job, it will affect only the amount to be received and not the maintenance.
