Can any one help me as I can't effort regarding my separation with my husband as he is mentally torturing me since 19 years.
Hi. Kindly elaborate the meaning of torture. Torture can be mentally and physically. If he is torturing you mentally, Do you have any proof or evidence to substantiate your claim? If he is torturing you physically, Do you have any proof may be like medical reports?? Both the ways torturing is a ground for judicial separation and also it will attract certain sections of Indian Penal Code..
