Divorce - Not saying together for more than 14 yrs

Is second Marriage legal under IPC if spouses are not leaving with each other for almost 14 years and husband files a divorce case and there in no reply form wife to court summons and no appearance or representation from wife in court post summons?
under the Hindu Marriage Act if the husband and wife had been living a part for more than 14 years until a diverse easy made between them from the competent Court then someone cannot remarry if he does so it is an o f e n c e donkey punishable under section 494 IPC
