Divorce my wife under annualment

My name is venkatesh I married on 2 September 2018 one year ago.when I married my wife age was 17 years old they parents cheated me they said her age is 18 years at the time of marriage.my wife is not staying with me from past 9 months and she is not coming to my home and Not giving any reason ,not telling anything can I divorce my wife under annualment marriage or void marriage which is invalid please reply me.

You can give first legal notice after 15days if they couldn't respond legal notice then we can file directly contested diviorce petition. are else we can file nullification of marriage first you need to send legal notice then we can wait for her replay
