Divorce mental cruelty property grab

I am married for 9 years with 2 kids I live my fathers house in upper floor.My wife abuses my parents always. She does this so that my parents leave home and grab my parents property. She is no way ready to move out the house and stay with me outside. Whenever I ask her to do so she abuses and bites me.Her parents are also involved.Police complain is made but they told us to move to court. Whenever I go to see my parents,she becomes violent and goes physical.How to proceed legally for solution?

yes there is a solution where you need to involve them but proper planning is required to trap her down do not file any case just for the sake of filing you need to understand the pros and cons and then you must proceed and pls do not waste unnecessary money in taking wrong steps
