Divorce mediator in Bangalore insulting wife?

I attended divorce mediation yesterday. I am a victim of domestic abuse and mediator asking to return mangalya, thoughout the session the mediator and the opposite party lawyer were talking in sign language and entire process looked like they are all trying to fool me. n1. Only asking questions to men2. Defending my abuser in every aspect and n3. Interestingly before even asking me she knew everything about the gift deed I made in my husband s namen4. She belittle me asking questions like what’s your education nShe did all this even after being so polite and she even let my abuser verbally abuse me.. nis she allowed to manipulate me by saying give back your mangalya and who says you have to return your mangalya to get all the jewels given by your parents locked up in your in laws place

okay I understand your questions so now you filed DV case againest your husband and in-laws your case is refered to mediation .so mediator help and support to your husband side and they saidbretrn tobmangal suthra to your husband right so mediater only doing both party is welling to settle that time only mediater doing them work so she is not duing to support of one party andball so you don't want mediater byou will chainge ir so do you need any legal help contact me thank you

Madam, mediation is a process in which both of you would volunteerly arrive at some understanding to solve that particular case. The mediator has to make this clear to both the parties before initiating mediation process. Your advocate should come in the way and try to change the mediator.
