Divorce matrimonial issue harrasment by wife

Wife filed false 498 so I am on interim bail, In last week again wife came with some gunda & through Acid on me in this my legs are burn(Wife try to through acid on private part but luckily my legs only burn). I have medical report & I am in hospital for 3 day. same day I filed FIR also. But still wife not arrested police saying there is no witness, video & audio recording. Also instead of 326a police put only 326

This should be informed to the court where the 498A case is going on and the court should consider this situation. You should also take a follow-up of the FIR registered against your wife. You can mention your ordeal to the court, and the court will frame charges against your wife and other accused.

Do not worry we will add the relevant section through court even we can add section in chargesheet also if you are not satisfied we can change the investigation officers also as we can start investigation by new investigation officer

It is such a serious issue, if Police is not investigating the case properly write to the National as well as State Human Rights Commission, further file a criminal writ petition in your concerned High Court
