If wife has implicated false accusations against you , you first require to defend them and prove her guilty in court. Against your father in law you can file police complaint for threatening and harassing you. For any detailed discussion feel free to contact Thanks

First and foremost you shoul have filed a complaint to the nearest police station against the people who forcefully entered your hous without your consent and damaged your property and also stole valuable items from your house. Thereafter you should follow your divorce case which is pending un the concerned court.

Greetings I think you wish to file cross case against your spouse and inlaws but you are quite wrong in mentioning the legal provisions. Let me understand your issue first and then guide you but for the same I request you to stop being a google lawyer yourself. Regards

you can also take criminal action against wife and her relatives for forcefully entering your house and insulting you. for taking things in your possession without your permission you can file a complaint of theft. for threat of death file complaint under section 506 ipc. for demand of money, extortion case can be filed. should you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
