Divorce matrimonial issue cruelty

Wife filed false 498a against me & my relative, then in session court opposed my bail. So my bail is rejected, Now I applied in High court for bail. But suddenly wife came with some gunda & thrown acid on me. I filed FIR under 326 ipc, But whether it will impact on my 498a bail? Please suggest because bail is important for me

Bail in 498a is not a big task. Please understand that registering another FIR would not harm and there are judgments for relatives. For a better advice you’re requested to share relevant documents. Without documents it cannot be properly assessed and advised

this fir can not impact in your bail because your wife threatning you and harm you. you do not worry about these FIR. you can go ahead. Now you can go for the bail defiantly high court grant your bail you can also mention in the plaint that my wife giving threat and use abusing
