Divorce matrimonial issue alimony false 498

Wife harrased & torture me much more, so I filed for divorce. Then wife filed false 498a due to this I also attempt suicide. Now wife filed application for maintenance with husband fake salary slip. So whether need to file FIR for fake salary slip? Can I get documents copy submitted by wife in court?

I suggest you to file a response to application your wife has filed and it's just an allegations made against still nothing has been proved. if it's false case don't worry you will win the case then you can counter back

In a family case nowadays has been Difficult to hide their actual earning specially in salary if anybody is submitting fake salary certificate then it should be submitted before the court because All the information is being submitted before the court on the affidavit of their Asset and liabilities and any party who is lying on affidavit is liable to be punished by the court on the application of perjure and for that your advocate has to raise the question and has to prove the false information Before the court.
