Divorce matrimonial issue alimony

I totally frustrate by wife, Because she is continue filing false FIR & without thinking police also filing FIR. Every month I am wasting huge amount for Bail & to give bribe to police. Now I want to put wife in jail, Kindly suggest me under which IPC/Act I should file FIR so wife will be arrested

You can file the civil suit or or file the criminal complaint against your wife before magistrate and if your wife torture you and your inlaw also you can file criminal complaint before magistrate third thing is this you can file complaint under section 211

You cannot send your better-half to jail because you are frustrated with her. You need to disclose reasons for filing of FIRs. Also, what has led to this irretrievable breakdown. In case both of you see no possibility of going back to a happy marriage, it's best to get out of this marital relationship.

You have made fool of Yourself if you are taking bail in the cases having maximum punishment upto 7 years insist for 41 A notice under CrPC by IO. Further facts of case needs to be known for your assistance.

file a case against your wife under section 203 ipc for giving false information to police. Where fir case has been instituted in court, you can also file section 340 crpc application in court for giving false statement and evidence in Court. a criminal case of defamation can also be filed within 2 years of police complaint.

Bring all your documents to discuss, decide and further decide course of action against your wife for malicious prosecution. All FIR’s can be quashed or in the alternate be stayed since the dispute prima facie seems to be a matrimonial dispute
