Divorce & Maintenance. The case is running for two years. opposite party never presence on any date but there is no action against them.

Hello Sir/Madam, In your situation if the case is pending against the parties in the court from past two years, probably the court had to proceed ex-parte. hi first of all there is two situation situation number is that can they recive the summon which can issued by the concern court of the same case if yes then there is a process and they did not recive then there is another process which we can discuss over the phone if you want and also after reading your case file thank you
